Devoid of the markers by which we usually locate ourselves in space, these large-scale installations open us to the possibility of seeing ourselves in the river’s complex fractal geometries, which resemble neural pathways, lung fibers, vascular networks – systems that, like freshwater ecologies, are essential to our wellbeing.
